INGREDIENTS:

 


 

2 medium sized potatoes (boiled, pealed and mashed).

1 small cup fresh green peas.

1 small cup split green gram skin less (Soak for 15 minutes, drain and remove the wetness completely with a cloth).

3 tbsp s corn flour pwd.

Salt- to taste.

½ tsp Red chilly pwd.

½ tsp garam masala pwd or chole masala pwd.

1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

Oil- sufficient for deep frying.
